We are located in the City of North Bend, Oregon, serving Coos County and the Northern portions of Curry County.

We do boundary work: locate property lines, design and survey partitions, subdivisions, perform boundary line adjustments, topographic surveys etc.

Our experience in Cadastral Survey work began on the National Dunes Recreation Survey with the Bureau of Land Management in the early 1980's and has continued with large land holding companies to contain forest management projects.

We have used Global Positioning to aid clients in managing their Geographic Information Systems. We have located the outer marker for the North Bend Airport with Global Positioning at the request of the Federal Aviation Administration. We have also used it in the location of communication towers and to bring elevation into remote project sites, as well as location of the Ocean Shore Boundary defined by Oregon Revised Statutes.

We have considerable construction survey experience through the Oregon Department of Transportation (constructing highways and bridges), Walmart (construction survey for the North Bend Walmart) and local contractors, staking foundations for home construction and location work. We have experience in Subdivision layout which include street grades and alignment, sanitary and storm sewer layout, and water system layout etc.

We have expert witness experience where legal counsel has called upon us to testify in court and to perform research for presentations concerning boundary law.

We have over 26 years surveying experience with Federal and State Government, Private Industry, and local property owners. We have had our own Land Surveying Practice, located in Coos County, since January of 1991
